Cancellations

We do not offer cancellations once your order is placed. We immediately start working on your order once it is placed. We buy the materials, begin making it, pay for the shipping, etc. You wouldn’t ask for a cancellation while someone is about to serve you a nice steaming bowl of pasta, so please don’t do it here.🍝🍝🍝🍝🍝🍝🍝

Returns

We accept refunds and exchanges if there is a manufacturing defect. If the item has a manufacturing defect, please send an email with images, and return it to us for a full refund or a replacement anytime in the first 30 days.

Since many of our items are limited edition, we cannot resell items after the launch has occurred.

Shipping for returns

If applicable (see above), To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items (If Applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (If Applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at nik@nikbentel.com and send your item to:

How long will my order take?

Once an order is successfully placed, processing may take up 1 week, with most orders shipping sooner than that. Once your package leaves us, transit time will vary depending on your location.

All orders will be packaged in the order of being placed. International orders subject to customs fees.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we are able to ship internationally. Shipping costs will be calculated automatically upon checkout. Please note that it’s your sole responsibility to know your local, state and federal laws before making your purchase.

Lost or stolen packages

All delivery estimates quoted are provided by the shipping service directly. We do not guarantee any delivery times. Nik Bentel Studio is not responsible for customs delays.
