Behind the Project
Made in collaboration with local design studio Canvas, The Emergency Stool is a labor of love between both of our studios. We challenged ourselves to create a design object that could be easily assembled, hung on a wall, and visually striking—all in one.
An important part of the design process for us is ensuring ease of use for our customers. Through many rounds of design and writing, we created instructions that are included with each Emergency Stool order.
